The major weakness was identified as lack of exposure and good grasp of the content of the subject.

Suggested Remedies

To correct these weaknesses, it was suggested that:

•  qualified teachers teach the subject.
• teachers should explain thoroughly to candidates as contained in the examination syllabus the fundamental theories, laws, principles, relevant equations and their applications.
  
  candidates should be exposed to practice questions.
