Most candidates were able to:

-produce the sectional drawing to the appropriate scale of 1:50;
-show the following elements of the buildings in section: sandcrete blockwall, Concrete floor slab, hardcore and earth filling;
-label the timber roof members with their respective sizes.

However, some of them failed to:
-draw the strip foundation in proportion to the sub - structure walls;
-sketch the sub-structure correctly;
-indicate the wardrobes and walls in elevation;
-locate the doors and windows in their appropriate positions.
