Candidates performance in this question was very poor. They in most cases could not differentiate between Credit Sales and hire purchases.
Credit Sales
(i) Ownership will not pass to buyer until final instalment is paid
(i) Ownership passes to buyer the moment the initial deposit is paid.
(ii) Goods can be recovered if buyer failed to pay.
(ii) Goods can not be recovered but seller can only sue for payment. etc
