• attempt the questions being asked ;
• list items found in a first aids box;
• state uses of items listed;
• state factors  to consider when buying shoes;
• list conditions of hair/scalp for special shampoos;
• list classes of chemical hair relaxers;
• state reasons for using lip colour.
