the following points;
(i) Differences in natural abilities;
(ii) Length and time of training;
(iii) Non monetary rewards;
(iv) Ignorance;
(v) Barriers to mobility;
(vi) Power of trade unions;
(vii) Productivity/demand for labour:
(viii) Cost of training;
(ix) Degree of responsibility.
