ICandidates' Weaknesses
In spite of repeated remarks in earlier reports, candidates were reported
to be ill-prepared for the examination. When the questions differ from the
usual 'state', 'define', or 'compare', variety they relapsed in their
responses indicating learning was altogether lacking.

The indicated remedies are as follow:
                 (i)        Candidates should cover all topics spedfled in the syllabus during
preparations for examinations.
(ii)        Instructors are well-advised to ensure that candidates thoroughly
understand basic theory.
(iii)       Candidates should solve as many practice questions as possible in
the course of preparations.
