The standard of the paper compares very well with those of previous years. The tests cover the usual- informal letter, an official letter, an article for publication in a national newspaper, speech writing and storytelling.  The topics were within the experience and competence of the candidates.

Though candidates’ performance was average, there was a decline when compared to that of last year.
