(a)      Draw a histogram for the distribution.
(b)     Use your graph in (a) to determine the mode for the distribution.
(c)      Using an assumed mean of 43 days, calculate the mean of the
          distribution.

(d)What percentage number of batteries will live for less than 31 days or  more than  45 days?

Observation

This question was quite popular among the candidates and their performance was commendable.  They were able to draw the histogram
and use it to determine the mode and the required percentage.  However, a few candidates used class intervals or class midpoints to draw the histogram instead of class boundaries.  Some of them did not understand how to use the assumed mean to find the mean of the distribution.
