The Chief Examiner reported that the standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years in terms of scope, difficulty of the questions and coverage of the syllabus. According to the report, there were no ambiguities and the paper was fair and within the ability of an average candidate. The rubrics were also reported to be clear. The marking scheme was also reported to be well prepared, detailed and very lenient to the candidates. The Chief Examiner also reported that candidates’ performance did not differ significantly from those of the previous years.
