The paper is of good standard.  The questions were within the scope and content of the syllabus and were framed in simple language. The rubric were clear while the marking scheme was quite adequate and flexible enough to accommodate varied and relevant responses by candidates. The candidates performance was fair.  The candidates’ population of 574 recorded a raw mean score of 35 and a standard deviation of 14.97.
