This question was answered by few people.  Their performance in the question was fairly good.  Some of the candidates defined environmental balance but left some useful attributes in the definition.  A good definition of environmental balance is:

-               environmental balance is the stability in the amount of
                matter and energy within an ecosystem which guarantees
                continuous supply or availability of matter and energy.

The diagram of the water cycle was well drawn by the majority of candidates who answered the question. Also the candidates were able to state the importance of water cycle to man but some did not explain the point to score full marks.
