A high standard was maintained in the paper. The questions adequately covered the various aspects of the syllabus and were spread across the various domains of learning.  The questions were clearly worded and were within the cognitive level of the candidates as they were all syllabic.  The rubrics were clear and the Marking Scheme was very comprehensive.

However, the performance of the candidates fell below that of the previous year, mainly due to the poor reading culture of the candidates as evident in their scripts.
