candidates could not correctly mention the colour that confirms the presence of simple sugar in a food test. In part (b) candidates correctly listed organs of the digestive system. In part (c) many candidates could not name the part of the digestive system where each of the following enzymes is secreted: (i) Ptyalin (ii) trypsin (iii) rennin.
