Candidates’ weaknesses included their inability to:   

• express themselves clearly in English Language
• write correct spellings
• comprehend the questions asked.
• make good  drawings.

  The following remedies were suggested to overcome these weaknesses

  • There is need for schools to do more in English comprehension and spellings.
  • Candidates should be taught the art of reading for pleasure and not merely for examination.
