Candidates' weaknesses were observed in these areas:
           (1) Content - Some candidates were unable to write up to the required
number of words. ie. 300 words.
           (2) Lack of in-depth knowledge of the Language -some candidates could not
explain the terms given to them. This showed that they lacked knowledge
of the language.
           (3) Literature Texts - some candidates found it difficult to answer questions
on the literature texts. It was obvious from the performance of the
candidates that many of them did not read the prescribed textbooks.
