Some of the candidates' weaknesses were
inability to drill the component properly;
inability to correctly read the instructions;
inability to attempt the machining exercise;

In order to overcome the aforementioned weaknesses candidates were advised to pay detailed attention to the instructions. Training of both supervisors and teachers was also recommended.
