Candidates' Weaknesses
Some of the candidates had not mastered Mining terminology. The handwriting of some of the candidates were illegible.

The use of recommended Mining textbooks could improve the vocabularies of the candidates in the subject. Explanations of points are necessary in most cases to earn full marks. Candidates should also present their answers in legible handwritings.
