-        Majority of the candidates performed well in some of the questions that required listing like questions.  1(1), 1(c), 2(b) 2(c) and 3(c).
-        the candidates adhered to the rubrics hence, they attempted question 1 which was compulsory and the other required number of questions.
-        Most of the candidates performed very well on questions on sources of office information, type and classification of mail, filing and communication which were in 2(c), 4 and 5 respectively.
