The paper compared favourably with those of the previous years in terms of standard, scope and
clarity.  The questions were within the scope of the syllabus,  the marking schemes  reflected careful
preparation and  it captured every possible solution. The corresponding scores were carefully and
judiciously awarded.

The candidates were reported to have performed better than the previous years.
