Question 7:    

Identify any four ancillary services that a travel agent provides to his clients.

This question was more technical, hence many candidates did not get it right. This failure reflected their lack of understanding and knowledge about travel agent and tour operator. To score good marks, candidates were expected to state the following points:

  1. Car Hire Service;
  2. Banking/ Bureau de change;
  3. Insurance;
  4. Accommodation/ Hotel Services, etc.
