GENERAL COMMENTS ON THE PAPER AS A WHOLE

The standard of the paper was equivalent to those of the previous years and the questions were lucid and within the scope of the syllabus. The rubrics were clearly stated and the Marking Schemes provided all plausible responses to the questions. However, candidates’ performance fell below those of the previous years.
