Candidates were required to make two stopped housing joints. Most of the students were unable to produce the job to specification. Each candidate’s final work piece was to have 2 trenches (4 sides, 2 ends and 2 bottoms), 1partition (2 sides and 2 shoulders) and fitness of two joints.
