This was an argumentative essay which examined the ability of candidates to successfully defend any line of argument chosen, this time between house and vehicle. Though the question was attempted by a few candidates, they argued convincingly on the importance of house and vehicle on different notes. Points
such as a person without a roof on his head has no security; house is an
everlasting asset and houses built for commercial purposes make a reliable source of income for the owner, were raised by candidates.
On vehicle, points such as vehicle is a necessity and not a luxury, vehicle facilitates successful business trips without hitches were raised among other points. In summary, candidates’ performance was fair.
