                    1(a)     Advantages of Polyester
                      -   It drapes/hangs well
    -   It is strong/durable/hardwearing

   -    It cannot withstand high heat (poor  conductor of heat)

  -     Use needle of suitable size for the  weight of the fabric
                      -     Assemble linen fabric quickly after cutting out to  prevent    fraying

  Approaching  flame  -      it  curls away from flame
  In  flame    -           it smoulders
   -    It does not flare up                           
                    Out of flame    -      it  stops burning
                      Smell    -     burning feathers or hair
                      Residue    -        black beads which can easily crush
