General Comments

The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years. All questions were syllabic and were presented in simple straight forward language. The questions were properly distributed to cover the major sections of the syllabus over the various domains of learning. The marking scheme was exhaustive and adequately answered the questions.

There was an improvement in candidates’ performance compared with those of previous years.
