Candidates’ strengths were observed in the following areas:

(1)      Candidates obeyed the requirements of the rubrics generally.

(2)      Most candidates gave good account of themselves in their write ups

      though the use of proverbs was done in some areas while some
      candidates seemed to have forgotten the importance of it in our day to
      day speeches and discussions.

      Some  candidates who were familiar with the questions on literature

      books answered them correctly, while those that did not read the books
      left the questions unanswered.
