                    Candidates were  expected to study the Set-piece and respond accordingly to the questions. However,  most of the candidates performed poorly in this question and the most apparent  cause of the poor performance is non-availability of the prescribed set-pieces.                   Candidates’  performance in this question was poor. They could not understand the signs and  terms as used in the passage, just like they had difficulties in identifying  the compositional devises used. Candidates were expected to respond to the  question in the following manner:
