- Candidates should learn to read rubric instructions on each task, before they start typing so as to adhere strictly to them;
- Candidates should be encouraged to devote more time to practice the skill so as to attain the required speed and accuracy levels;
- Candidates should study all manuscripts, correction signs in order to interpret them correctly.
- Teachers should teach the candidates on the method of erasing figures and words when typing, using carbon copy;
- Candidates should learn how to rule and consistent style of displaying figures and words.
