Candidates exhibited good knowledge of:

(1) acid-base titration;
(2) concordance in the determination of average titre;
(3) logical presentation of experimental procedure using the prescribed format;
(4) mole concept;
(5) identification of cations and anions in test tube reactions;
(6) volumetric analysis and use of indicators.
