Most of the candidates were grossly deficient in vocabulary and French expressions. This was evident in exposition where "je brosse mes dents" or "ma bouche" was commonly used instead of "je me brosse les dents" or "la bouche".
In the Listening Comprehension segment, candidates made a lot of grammatical mistakes in the open-ended questions which made their answers almost incomprehensible.
Some of them copied the questions or even gave ridiculous answers.
In the Exposition segment, candidates substituted English words with impunity.
For instance, in answer to the question "comment se prepare votre repas favori?"

Most of the candidates used English words like pot, fire, water etc.
Some of the candidates could not differentiate between "Quelles sont les rnatieres" & "Combien les rnatieres" or "medicure" & "medicine" "interne" &"externe".
