The summary of candidates’ weaknesses were:

• poor aural perception leading to inability to identify and notate correctly;  
• inadequate preparation towards the examinations;
• ignorance of the syllabus.

In order to overcome the above weakness, candidates are advised to adequately  prepare for the examinations by studying the syllabus and practice aural training.
