  1. Outline four internet tools in tourism marketing.

Observation

This particular question was well attempted and the candidates performed very well. However, very few of them failed to explain what each of the tool is. This question expected them to mention and explain what the tools entail. Specifically, candidates were expected to mention and explain the following points:
(i)       e-Commerce – sending messages to potential buyers electronically
(ii)       e-Reservation – Online booking for airlines, hotel rooms, etc.
(iii)       e-marketing – displaying tourism products online
