Many candidates were unable to read and interprete the drawing. Also, majority of the candidates failed to prepare the materials to the given specifications.
To overcome these weaknesses, candidates should encouraged on how to produce a workpiece from a working drawing following the given specifications. More practical assignments will also assist them in preparing for the main examination. Also, students should be taken to standard Woodwork shops and sites.
