General Comments

The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years.  The questions were all within the syllabus while the rubrics were clearly spelt out and the comprehensiveness of the Marking Schemes adequately catered for the interest of the various categories of candidates that sat for the examination.

However, candidates’ performance fell below the previous years
