General Comments

The standard of the paper compared favourably with those of the previous years. The questions were all within the syllabus, the rubrics were clearly stated and the scope and comprehensiveness of the marking schemes catered adequately for the interest of the various categories of candidates that sat the examination.

However, while a few candidates performed commendably, a greater number performed below average.
