Few candidates were unable to interpret the drawing.  Also, majority of the candidates failed to prepare the materials to the given specifications.  To overcome these weaknesses, candidates should be taught on how to interpret the drawing.  Also, the need to prepare the materials to the given specifications should be emphasised by their teachers.  Students should be taken to standard woodwork shops and sites.
