(a)  State two factors on which the pressure at point in a fluid depends.
(b)  A uniform cylindrical vessel has a cross-sectional area of 120 cm2. It is filled to a depth of 150 cm with water and oil of thickness 50 cm floats on the water.[g = 10 m s-2, density of oil = 700 kg m-3, density of water = 1000 kg m-3, Atmospheric pressure = 1.013 x 105 N m-2]

Calculate the:
(i) absolute pressure at the base of the cylinder,
(ii) force acting on the base of the cylinder.

(c) (i)  State one difference between a resolutant force and an equilibrium force.
(ii) Write down the equation for maximum acceleration of a body oscillating with amplitude, r. identify the terms used for the equation.

The diagram above shows a force-time graph for an object of mass 1.5 kg.
Determine the:

(i)         impulse of the force;
(ii)        final velocity of the object if it was initially at rest
