General Comments

The standard of the paper was good and compared very well with those of previous years. The rubrics were clear and tasks required of the candidates were unambiguous and within the syllabus. The performances of the candidates vary across centers (very good in some and very woeful on others) but overall, candidates performed better than the previous year.
