General Comments

The Chief Examiner reported that the quality and standard of the paper were quite satisfactory. The rubrics were also reported to be clear and the task required of the candidates was unambiguous and within the scope of the syllabus.
The performance of the candidates was however reported to be lower when compared with that of the previous year.
