This is also one of the questions attempted by candidates with record of higher scores in 4(a) part, but in 4(b) candidates offered one point and differentiated the single point into four to answer the question on differences between products and services, thereby losing reasonable marks there.

   (4a)       Consumer goods: Are final products that are used by ultimate consumers or households in such form that requires no further processing.
OR
Consumer goods:  Are final products ready for use by the consumers to satisfy immediate needs.
