Observation
A good number of candidates did well by:
- representing correctly the ground floor elements with conventional symbols;
- showing in details, the timber roof structure, right from ceiling b oard to ridge-cap.
Hower, majority of them failed to:
- show the damp-proof course (d.p.c) at 150 mm above ground level;
- indicate the 25 mm mortar screed floor finish;
- hatch the walls in section and show the 12 mm rendering on both sides.
