General Comments

The standard of the paper was very good, though higher than that of last year. Candidates’ performance showed, on the average, a downward trend. The clarity and unambiguity of the questions are worthy of note. More so, the questions were within the scope of the Syllabus and covered significant areas of the subject. Obviously, the rubrics were very clear; the Marking Scheme was detailed and comprehensive and it adequately answered the demands of the questions.
