Question 5(a), candidates could not perform well in the question because they did not know the rules to observe when removing stains.
Question 5(b), some candidates interchanged the answers to b(i), (ii), (iii) & (iv).  They were confused probably because they were not used to practical activities.
Question 5(c)(i), many of them could not state the advantages of boiling towel.

Question 5c(ii), some of them were able to state the reason for blueing white articles.

Question 5(d), many candidates could not describe how to remove palm oil stain from a white apron.
