(v) cutting line

(b)State one use each of any four of the pattern markings indicated in (a) above

(c)Mention four pieces of information indicated on the front of a commercial pattern

The candidates were required to:

In question 2a, many candidates were asked to draw the back skirt and label the pattern marks and indicate their uses. Many drew the skirt. Many just draw the skirt and did not label it. Many candidates did not know the uses of notches. This made them lost some marks.
