- Candidates could not differentiate Commerce and Industry. They were expected to distinguish thus:
Commerce is concerned with the exchange (buying and selling) and distribution of goods and services while Industry is concerned with actual production of goods and services.
- (i) Most candidates could not list the activities involved in Industry. The activities are Extraction, Manufacturing and Construction.
(ii) Most candidates could not list the activities in Commerce. The activities
are Trade and aids to trade.
