- The font size of the heading should be 36 pt and bold, font syle Calibri.
- The font size of the text in the body should be 32 pt, font style Calibri.
- Apply bullet numbering where necessary.
- Format the slides using any background of your choice.
- Insert your full name and index number as footer.
- Save your work as NETWORKS and print all the slides on a single sheet.
- Submit the printout to the supervisor.
Observation
The question tested candidates’ skill on MS PowerPoint.
Majority of the candidates were reported to demonstrate proficiency on the use of the application but many of them could not apply background, footer and bullet. Most of the candidates were also reported to show their inability to print multiple slides on a single page.
