General Comments

The standard of the paper was high, and compared with those of the previous years.  The rubrics were clear, and unambiguous.  The marking scheme was exhaustive and fair to all candidates.

The candidates’ raw mean score of 30.0 and standard deviation of 17.49 indicated that their performance was better than May/June 2015 WASSCE with a raw mean score of 20.0, and a standard deviation of 14.11.  A total of 8,692 candidates sat the paper.
