General Comments

The standard of paper compares reasonable/fairly with those of previous years. The level of the skills tested in data collection, processing and interpretation were simple and similar with those of previous years. The rubrics were simple and clear. The activities to be carried out by the candidates were clearly stated and itemized. Candidates’ performance is similar to that of previous year.
