Observation

The candidate is required to write a letter to the Minister of Sports telling him/her three causes of hooliganism in sports and suggesting how it can be curbed. Many candidates who answered this question attempted the two aspects of the question- causes of hooliganism and suggested remedies. However, some of them lacked the necessary expression to carry through their ideas. A few of them did not quite understand the meaning of hooliganism.
