Observation

As the president of the youth association of his/her community, the candidate was required to write a speech he/she would deliver at the end-of-year party discussing at least three of his/her achievements during the year. Not many candidates attempted this question. But the few that attempted it started with the vocativesand discussed fully the three achievements recorded in the year.
